Our hearty Breakfast always includes two hot homemade entrees, varying from day to day, fruit salad or fruit soup, freshly baked breads, coffee and assorted teas, fresh juices, homemade granola, cereals, and a full serving of Inn hospitality. Breakfast is served:
- Monday – Friday 7:30am to 9:30am.
- Saturday & Sunday 7:30am to 10:00am
Enjoy breakfast in the Casa’s dining room or take yours to the garden patio for fresh St. Augustine air or your guest room to relax.
Brunch… On Saturdays, on Sundays, and on the morning after a night when holiday rates are charged, a special extended Brunch is served until 9:30am. with complimentary Champagne Mimosas and make-your-own Bloody Marys.
Please note that the Holiday Brunch is served on the morning after the evening which has been charged at our “holiday” rate; for example, the Thanksgiving Holiday Brunch is served on Friday morning for guests who stayed with us on Thanksgiving (Thursday) night.
Our complimentary Social Hour, from 5:00pm – 6:00pm daily in the Dining Room, is a great opportunity for guests to mingle and meet. We serve local wines from San Sebastian Winery as well as our House Wines, and a variety of beer.
Decadent Inn-baked Evening Desserts are offered nightly. From layer cakes to fresh fruit pies, from rich chocolaty brownies to chewy bars, the delicious sweet treats vary nightly. Your Evening Dessert is boxed up just for you; enjoy it in our Dining Room or snuggled up in your room.
Plush white terry guest embroidered robes with the Casa de Sueños logo are provided in your guest room for you to snuggle in after a bath. Wear the robe while lingering over your morning coffee on your private balcony.
These robes are so comforting that many guests want their own to take home, so we offer them for sale too – a great memento of your vacation!
Complimentary fresh flowers and a sherry decanter and snifters greet guests in their room or suite upon arrival. Relax and enjoy these special treats in privacy and comfort during your stay in St. Augustine.

Private complimentary Guest Parking is conveniently available during your stay at the Inn. We have five parking spaces immediately adjacent to the inn, and another two directly across the street
As our guest, enjoy a 50% discount on admission to the nearby Oldest House Museum – one of St. Augustine’s finest treasures of local history. The Oldest House is on St. Francis Street, an easy walk from the inn.
Our guests have complimentary access to a state-of-the-art health and fitness center. Anastasia Fitness Club is nearby, on Anastasia Island. Please speak with your innkeeper to obtain your pass.
Guests have complimentary admission to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum plus gift shop discounts. The Lighthouse is a short drive from Casa. Please see your innkeeper to obtain your tickets.
Our guests can request free passes the The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center which shares the history of the Black experience in St. Augustine. The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center is located in the heart of Lincolnville. There is parking available at the museum. For those who prefer walking, it is approximately 1 mile away.
