It features a gourmet kitchen, an open living area with a large Smart TV (Hulu Live T.V. included), a handy workspace, half bath on the first floor, two king bedrooms on the 2nd floor each with a full bath, and a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

All guests staying in the San Sebastian River Houses are guests of the St Francis Inn, and we encourage them to walk or drive 0.3 miles to the Main Inn to enjoy such complimentary amenities as our pool, bikes, tickets to the Light House, Lincolnville Museum and Cultural center.
